The long journeys to Pretoria has started.

My first visit to the DRC embassy went without a complication. After a quick discussion with a friendly and well spoken embassy staff member she advised me that my documentation is in order and that i should proceed with the application. I did not have a letter of invitation so my documents where rejected with the first try at the security guards.

I handed in my visa application with the security guards as we were forced to stand outside on the sidewalk and continue with our business through a steel security gate.

Documentation required:

Passport
2 photos
Deposit slip for visa
Itinery
Letter of employment

Easy as that and i can collect my visa tommorow morning at 9am. Sweet!
